I hope this message finds you well. I would like to suggest an enhancement to Webflow’s email notification system, which I believe would significantly improve user experience and flexibility.

Currently, Webflow provides a single-column email notification template, and this template applies universally to all forms created within a project. This limitation often forces users like me to rely on external tools such as Zapier to structure and customize email notifications for different forms.

Here’s my suggestion:

1. Introduce the ability to create multiple email notification templates (N templates) where N equals the number of forms created in Webflow.

2. Allow each form to have a dedicated email notification template, enabling users to:

   • Customize the structure and content of email notifications for each form.

   • Include form-specific details and branding.

3. Provide an intuitive interface for managing and editing these templates directly within Webflow.

This feature would eliminate the need for external tools, save time, and provide greater control over how form submissions are presented via email notifications.
