The navigator lists every element on your site regardless of what view your in. I think the navigator should only list elements for the view your currently displaying (working on).

If you looking at PC view only PC view elements will be shown, the same for other views.

This will help the build for each view. Right now if your on tablet view you can easily tamper with the other views elements
