To be able to have a dynamic ID for elements on Collection Pages.
I have a collection page with a form on it and would like the ID and Form Name of the form to be dynamic based on the page that the visitor is on e.g.
ID: collection-page-uri-contact-form
Form Name: Collection Page Name Contact Form
