Two things

1. Editor access should be simple
   Editors are usually non technical users, so the url should be simpler. Wordpress uses '/admin' which is better then '?edit=1', right?
   
   
2. Designer/admin should access editor mode the same way too
   Of course the designer access is different, but why can't this user access editor the same way?
