Enable Gzip Compression for Images on CloudFront

We have several SVG images that Google's PageSpeed report flags as "not compressed" when served from CloudFront. The browser sends the "Accept-Encoding" header with a value that includes gzip, but the response from CloudFront is not gzipped.
