Convert CMS field type

CMS field type should be editable or convertible to other formats. I.e. from number to text or Rich Text or multi reference etc.. Currently you have to delete it and create a new one.

Sort CMS by page views

Include CMS item Status in CSV exports

When I do an export from the CMS, it gives no indication which items are archived. We should have a column to show us Status so we can filter out the archived items, etc.
