Enable Background Video on Mobile Devices (Chrome & Safari)

Currently, Background Video is not supported for mobile devices (both landscape & portrait). Works just fine on desktop and iPad/Tablets.

Disable Pause on Hover in Slider

In the Slider Settings, add a button to disable this rediculous "Pause on Hover" in the slider. Allow this Hover feature to be toggled on and off.
