Ability to charge clients for Templates

It would be great if we could use the Client Billing feature to charge our clients for the cost of a template. At the moment, we have to pay for it using our details and then bill the client at a later date.

Possibility to add a no follow link in a rich text block

When there is a sponsored item in the rich text, it should be possible to add a no follow attribute to it, because Google punishes you're website for these sponsored links...
