New Status - New Idea

When someone adds a new idea it automatically has the status "under consideration" How can someone read, consider it in 0.1 second? When someone adds a new idea it should have the status "New Idea"

Allow transferring of sites from one team to another

Can't do this now because you have to transfer to a personal account first, which is an annoying extra step. Seems like it would be straightforward to allow transfers between one team and another by team members.
