Have states tigger an animation

e.g. when hover state on a button trigger an animation. Then you wouldn't be limited to just transition effects but could do much more interactive designs

Let's be real, the CMS plan is expensive compared to Framer when it comes to a simple application. There should be a lite CMS plan that throttles the full capabilities but allows for a simple event calendar, etc.
