I just became a customer a few days ago and am now seriously considering asking for a refund. Not having breakpoints for larger screens is a deal breaker. It makes this entire platform obsolete in 2019/2020. I'm shocked that this is a wish list item and not an all-hands-on-deck existential emergency over at Webflow. Very disheartening to read that people have been requesting this for over 5 years and no movement.
Devices are changing quickly. We need to be able to adapt. We now have to adjust designs to dance around legacy architecture. I thought the entire point of this service is to allow for rapid development of custom websites.
Some communication from Webflow on timelines / commitments on this issue would go a long way. I would love to be able to recommend this platform but currently I cannot because it's not future proof (or even present proof).
It would be amazing if you could set specific styles for a different version of the desktop breakpoint, for an example. Maybe we'd need a visual cue when checking the inheritance of that style.
Here's all the research you need to do... Look at the container you have, and look how small and outdated it is. Done. 970px max-width is from days gone by.
Just starting out with Webflow and I'm very impressed but this is a BIG issue. As mentioned here by many, this should be treated as foundational functionality not in a wishlist. It's hard to think of Webflow as a tool for designers to create custom sites if the size of the content is limited (especially in 2019).
1200px and 1440px? What about the most important one we need now... 1024px? Does Webflow listen to paying customers like me? Does Webflow listen to responsive web developers who have been creating web sites since 1999? I really don't need 1200px or 1440px, I need 1024px!
This is just ridiculous! How can you not focus on getting this fixed? This is a must in 2019, even 6 years ago, yet you are ignoring this for les important tasks... Can you tell me how I'm suppose to design advance design for 2k, 4k 5k and soon to come 6k monitors? There is no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism.
Absolutely ridiculous the things they prioritize over getting breakpoints right. Webflow belongs on the scrap heap, and I can't wait for a new generation of design tools to put them in their place. Then they can stick with being a site builder/hosting which is clearly all they care about.
Guys... it's about business. The absence of this feature is the obstackle for a huge crowd of people to put their money in your pockets. It lasts for 7 YEARS. Does your management know about this? is it too hard to bring it to live? We almost hate your all for not doing this feature instead of loving you till the death for such a good saas.
Users have been calling for this for a long time, so it would appear that the Webflow team is either incapable of doing this or doesn't consider it important. With-out br options webflows remains just a cool and practical TOY. Eventually market and competitors will put you in place.
No, it would have been more useful to have a breakpoint at 1024px than 1920px
<3 u guys.

I'll be happy with one or two larger breakpoints. I think that would be enough for now.
Hi Webflow team,

I'm rooting for you guys!

Hi Lynda,
Can you please supply my responses to the questionnaire as I had no option
to save for my own records upon submission?
Kind regards,
Sam
7 years in the wishlist queue and You just started planning? Made the right choice to no longer paying.

PLEASE Webflow, make this a priority!!!! :)

Would love to be able to declare my own breakpoints :-)
Larger breakpoint and or custom sizes please!! This is starting to come up more and more in the designs I am trying to implement in webflow.
When will the feature of adding a breakpoint of larger display available? More and more people are having a large screen.
Got to have this crazy that it isn’t done.
