It would be vey helpful if I could add breaking points right in the designer and then switch between all of them (my own and Webflow´s default breaking points) inside the designer. It´s a real hustle to add custom code and then write all the css myself for each new breaking point.

I often have to add one, or more, custom breaking points, depending on the design. Some designs have to break earlier then Ipad and some have to break after the standard desktop (large screens).
