It'd be great if we could design for Tablet and mobile in dimensions that match the actual viewport heights of these devices. Because we can't currently, it makes it very hard to design for tablet and mobile using dimensions such as VH and %. Instead you have to try and design your website in the Designer, and then publish and visit the site on a smaller device to see how the design will actually look.
