Our site has the unseemly url of www.xyz.com/product/joebloggs for our video request platform from talent. For our brand its damaging that we have to list human beings offering services as products. I'm not a technical expert at all but can we not find a simple solution so that the url link doesn't include the name product? Even if it was prod that would be better for us. Really open to ideas on this but i'd hope it's a relatively simple and easy change to make? I'd suggest /list or ideally fully editable ... thanks

Likewise - it would be helpful to set this URL ourselves as sites we build using ecommerce aren't always selling "products" - clients also sell services, events, etc.

I need this also. It would be good for SEO and for sites on other languages than English. A solution could be to be able to set a custom slug that has not been used by other collection items.
