Here is another big one, the amount of times I've used dropbox to do this is painful. A lot of my clients will have product which they intend to attach a spec sheet or product manual, I've used dropbox for 3 clients in the last month. It is frustrating.
Just an example of sites where even a single non-image file upload or collection based file upload is required.

Products
Document Bank / Resources
Tourism
Anything with full documented testimonials (My last client)
