Interactions 2: make reusing interactions easier and faster

Keep settings when copying sites or items with interactions:

• Add a dropdown item at "replace with": “Global class” with a checkbox (sibling and nested)
• Rename "class2 with "other class"
• If you’ve choosen “other class” or “global class” keep it while copying together with the sibling and nested settings

This will save us a lot of work for global interactions like menus.
