Lock "All H* Headings" so no classes can be added

There needs to be a way to lock default tags such as "All H1 Headings" so no classes can be added by mistake. I can't tell you how many times I have accidentally created new classes when I thought I selected the dropdown to edit the class globally.

visual difference between base, combo & global classes LABELS

Being able to distinguish between different kind of classes is not an immediate task,My proposal is to add some visaul aid (es. using different color tones) to make things more immediate.

Delete global classes

It would be good if you had an option to delete global classes because it's annoying when you have a lot of test classes that you can't delete.
