Add an option to get a yearly invoice summary

It would be really nice if I could get a summary of all the payments I have made to Webflow during the year.

Two Factor Authentication for editors / Collaborators

Currently only admins/teams can activate 2FA on their account. This should also be possible for editors/collaborators in order to keep editing content on the site as safe as possible.

Ability to set a different email for billing

It'd be great if it was possible to set a different email address for receipts. For example, we would like to have admin@mycompany.com as an email address to log-in to Webflow but use accounts@mycompany.com as an email address for receiving invoices.
