Add hCaptcha as an alternative to reCaptcha

Conditional visibility based on product stock value

This will among other things make it possible to show a "few items in stock" message if the stock value, for example, is under 4 and a "product out of stock" when it reaches 0.

Allow Code export on site plans

Currently you cannot export code on a paid site plan. Only account plans allow for this. Why the restriction? Fix it. Imagine having to explain to a client why they can't export their site unless they also add a account plan (lite or pro).
