Workspace Members list should showcase Login Type

Today is shows their Role and if 2FA is enabled, but it doesn't highlight if the Member uses a plain user/pass, or Google Auth. Related... it'd also be nice to force usage of Google Auth for a Workspace.

Display "Responsive Image" option by default
