Enter in value (for example 0.7vw) and press Shift+Enter to apply this value to all sides.

Admin Note:

At this time the "Shift + Enter" keyboard shortcut is in use for entering the Selector field where classes are added to the selected element.

If you hold in Shift while changing the padding or margin on an element with the click and drag feature, it applies that change to all sides. Holding in Alt or Option will apply the padding/margin change to the opposite side (Top + Bottom or Left + Right at the same time)
