Change guide overlay

It would be nice if we could set the guide overlay (site grid system) ourselves. Now it's a standard 12 columns with an unknown width, gutter and margin. The first request for this was in 2014.

Shortcut to Collapse an Element's Child Layers in Navigator Panel (Option L in Figma)
