Pointing domains to individual pages and collection pages

It would be great if you can point the different domains at hosting tab to a specific page or collection item template page (for example to lead them to different language pages)

I do this using a reverse proxy. Sub/domain mapped to a specific page with no redirects, which is useful for lead funnel pages and printed brochure URLs. Mappings to site sections, e.g. blog.mysite.com, with link corrections.

The problem with making this a feature in Webflow is that there are too many use cases and variations to cover effectively- e.g. what happens with links paths in that partition? Canonicals urls? Sitemap and robots.txt? Each situation is different.

If anyone needs this, it's fun work so I'm writing this up as a service page-

    Any updated info on this?
Having unique pages/content on subdomain-pages is really really handy.
Anybody with any recent success with this?

We are able to build .htaccess redirect list to manage subdomains into individual pages but the URL will change from a.b.com -> b.com/a when landing at Webflow.

So, please, add one more vote to make it professional looking and easy to host.

    It's a duplicate of https://wishlist.webflow.com/ideas/WEBFLOW-I-220. Multi-language support can be found here: https://wishlist.webflow.com/ideas/WEBFLOW-I-58
