Show the site publish button from the CMS screen

You make changes in the cms, then need to publish. But currently you have to close the CMS screen to see the site publish button. Why? Lets just put the site publish button back on the cms screen

Ability to set a different email for billing

It'd be great if it was possible to set a different email address for receipts. For example, we would like to have admin@mycompany.com as an email address to log-in to Webflow but use accounts@mycompany.com as an email address for receiving invoices.
