Copy localised content between secondary locales.

My primary locale is in english and I've added secondary locales for de-DE and de-AT. Once I've finished localising the de-DE content I want an easy way to override the de-AT content with it, so I don't have to do the same translations again. Idea...

Translate page links inside Rich Text

Internal page links currently don't get and can't be translated. I.e. the link always points to the primary locale. Internal page links should always point to the same locale.
